Benedicta Ankrah is a co-founding director of Ankell Investment Ltd, bringing over three
decades of professional experience in International Business Marketing and Commercial
Insurance Services. After earning her bachelor’s degree in economics and education,
Benedicta departed Ghana in 1995 to advance her professional career in Australia. She took
the role of Project Officer working on Mainstream Rural projects with State and Regional
Development Office of New South Wales (NSW). Her role was collecting and analysing data
to support small scale rural businesses. She enrolled and graduated from University of
Technology Sydney (UTS) in International Business Marketing. She joined the insurance
industry working her way up and achieving one of the highest professional qualifications in
the insurance industry which is ANZIIF – Fellow CIP. Her experience covers general insurance,
commercial insurance, personal insurance, property insurance and many more.
Benedicta’s experience includes working with charitable organisations in Sydney and the
diaspora minority groups such as Fanti Mboa Kuu, B-group and other smaller groups. She
joins Ankell Investment Ltd with worth of knowledge acquired working in key strategic
positions to enhance the company’s vision.

Thompson M. Kelly is an accomplished leader, entrepreneur, investor, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience spanning business development, investment facilitation, media, logistics, extractive industries, cultural promotion, and political leadership. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Ankell Investments Ltd, an Australia-based company specializing in trade, investment facilitation, business consultancy, and international partnerships between Australia, Africa, and global markets.

He currently serves as Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Australia and New Zealand Chapter, where he has successfully led the growth and establishment of multiple branches across both countries while strengthening member engagement, organizational development, and diaspora participation.

As a business leader, Thompson is also the Founder and CEO of Kelly Multi-Media and serves as a Non-Executive Director of Consolidated Bauxite, Alumina & Aluminium Consultancy Ltd (CBAAC). Throughout his career, he has facilitated international business partnerships and investment opportunities across sectors including mining, infrastructure, agriculture, technology, education, and tourism.

A passionate promoter of African culture and community development, Thompson has played a significant role in cultural education, performing arts, and multicultural engagement initiatives in Australia and internationally. His commitment to leadership, social inclusion, economic development, and community empowerment has earned him recognition across both Ghanaian and Australian communities.

Daniel Ankrah is a co-founding director of Ankell Investment Ltd, bringing over three decades of professional experience in Information Technology to the company. He has held senior roles including Quality Assurance Manager, Technical Director, and Project Director, and has worked with major organisations across financial services, retail, and healthcare sectors in Australia.
Before relocating to Australia to further develop his technological expertise, Daniel made a
significant contribution to Ghana’s public sector. At the Ghana Highway Authority (GHA), he
championed the establishment of the Authority’s Information Technology Division and
devised the framework to computerise the inventory of the Mechanical Division’s extensive
fleet of machinery, equipment, and vehicle parts. He also led the initial development of a
computer application to manage the Authority’s budget under the Accounts Division. During this period, he collaborated with World Bank Consultants who were assigned to GHA by the PNDC government to oversee a range of key projects.
Daniel’s broad experience across both Ghana and Australia positions him as a valuable asset to Ankell Investment Ltd and a driving force behind the company’s vision.
